Performance Course
(with accommodation & full-board)

  • Age range: 8–18 years
  • 3 hours of tennis, 1 hour of fitness per day
  • Players-to-coach-ratio: 2–3 players per coach

22,5 hours of sports training each week with all day supervision for children under 15.

  • 3h30min of tennis training per day
  • 1 hour of physical preparation per day
  • Over 5 days from Monday to Friday
  • Match on Saturday morning

Every morning the player has 2 hours of tennis training (technique) and every afternoon 2,5 hours of tactical, fitness and personal development.
