Tennis Studies - Full Time Competition

Includes

• 32 weeks of training from September to July (except holidays)
• 7 tennis sessions and 4 physical sessions (in total 19h of training) per week
• Emergence Flow mental preparation program
• French schooling program
• Accommodation + full board

At school, which si located right on-site of the academy, a whole team of qualified teachers delivers daily lecture courses in small groups (from 3 to 10 students maximum per class). The objective is to have a more personalized and reactive education, allowing to optimize time management by reducing the number of weekly teaching hours to 18, thus making possible a real sports project worthy of the name.

In terms of sport program, depending on your child’s personal project, HDN Academy sets up a sports training schedule at the beginning of the year, including training hours (tennis, physical and mental) as well as a program of coached tournaments.

Everything is centralized on the HDN Academy site: classrooms, around 30 tennis courts (with 4 covered courts) and a fitness area. This allows us to guarantee the continuity of the school timetable and sports training too.

So there is very little travel. The objective is still to optimize the student’s time to allow a quality school project coupled with a strong sports project.
