Intensive Tennis + Fitness
(with accommodation and full-board)

  • Program length: 12 months
  • Age range: 10–18 years
  • 3–4 hours of tennis, 1.5 hours of fitness per day
  • Players-to-coach-ratio: 3–2 players per coach
  • Languages: English and French

A comprehensive tennis training program designed to develop all aspects of the game while improving physical conditioning and overall performance. Players stay on-site in a supervised residential environment, allowing full immersion in the training process.

This full-day program runs from Monday morning to Saturday midday and combines on-court tennis sessions, physical training, and complementary activities in a structured weekly schedule.

The program is suitable for players of different levels during school holidays. Outside of holiday periods, a minimum level equivalent to approximately UTR 4 is recommended.

Training Overview

  • 22 hours of tennis training per week
  • 7.5 hours of physical conditioning
  • 7.5 hours of leisure and recovery activities
  • Structured weekly evaluation with defined player objectives

Players follow a balanced training plan including technical sessions, match play, and physical preparation, supported by experienced coaching staff.
